Terms and Conditions

Studio and Class T & C's

1) Classes and private sessions must be paid for in advance.

 

2) A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a group or private 1:1. This can only be done personally by you via your online account. Cancellation made outside of this time frame will be charged as a Late Cancellation (full fee). If you do not turn up for class or a session without cancelling you will still be charged. *We do not accept emails, texts or voicemails as a form of cancellation.

 

3) Grace Pilates Studio does not issue refunds.

 

If you are going to miss a class please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Someone else may love to have that spot :). 

 

4) The introductory packages are for new clients only and are only to be used once.

Package Expiry Periods

Package expiry periods

  • New Client Special Mat: 40 days from purchase date

  • New Client Special Private 1:1’s, 2:1’s: 30 days from purchase date

    Expiry dates on all our other packages are as follows (as of June 2022):
     

    Private 1:1’s, 2:1’s

 

  • 1 Packs: 30 days from purchase date

  • 5 Packs: 60 days from purchase date

  • 10 Packs: 90 days from purchase date

 

    Group Mat Classes

 

  • 1 Packs: 30 days from purchase date

  • 8 Packs: 90 days from purchase date
